
OUR COMMUNITY
Despite the beauty of both the geography and the people here, Nicaragua holds claim to the title of being the second poorest nation in the Western Hemisphere. Poverty is severe with 50% living on under a £1.50 per day and 20% living on under 75p per day. The Nicaraguan people have been oppressed by corruption, politics, and war for decades, but nonetheless, it is clear that God has been at work here longer than any of us. Today, Nicaragua is quite peaceful despite the oppression it still faces.
We bring people together to help the oppressed. We seek to empower and encourage, in any way possible, the local church leaders, business leaders, social workers, ministries, schools and others who have

We are involved in the following areas:
- Running small businesses
- Running a chicken farm to donate eggs to pre-schools
- Receiving college interns and short-term teams
- Running a 7-acre farm that will soon sustain a drug/alcohol rehab center
- Running a 29-acre Ecolodge and Missions Center
