What does One Collective UK believe about giving?
One Collective UK is funded by the generous financial partnership of individuals, churches, and foundations. As stewards of God's resources, we believe in treating the supporters of this ministry as partners, friends, and team members. We carefully and ethically handle the gifts entrusted to us by maintaining appropriate systems of accountability and by seeking to maximize their intended use.
We serve in many communities around the world, and therefore opportunities exist to support individuals and families serving with One Collective UK and our various international partners. Donors may support the ministries of One Collective UK in a variety of ways.
Am I able to gift aid my donation?
Yes, if you are a UK tax payer then you can add gift aid to any donation given. This will allow us to claim an additional 25% on top of your gift.
However, personal gifts given directly to our partners and field staff may not be eligible for receipt of the additional gift aid.
Can I donate via Stewardship or CAF?
Yes, we can accept donations via stewardship accounts as well as CAF.
Can One Collective UK accept gifts from outside of the United Kingdom?
We are able to receive a gift from anywhere in the world. However, if you wish to add Gift Aid to your donation this may not be possible.
If you are based in the USA and looking to make a donation to our work, we would advise that you donate via our partner organisation, One Collective. In this way you will be able to manage your donations online and your gift will also be tax deductible as they are a registered 501(c)(3) charitable organisation.

What about financial accountability?
International Teams UK Trust is a registered charity and a company limited by guarantee, as such our trustees are legally responsible for ensuring good financial management and ensuring the charity operates within legal requirements.
What happens with the financial support that's raised? Where does it go?
Donations to workers: In conjunction with our team at Head Office, each worker or family creates an individualised budget that is specific to their location and ministry, taking into account everything they will require both in situ, but also additional costs for home visits, training and potential conferences.
Donations to projects or ministries: Each ministry or partner organisation that we work with is required to submit a budget that will outline the purpose/purposes for which the funding will be allocated to, whether a specific one off project or a recurring on going project. These are assessed and approved by our team before any donations can be received towards a specific project or ministry.
Central Costs: All workers who choose to engage in partnership with One Collective UK to undertake ministry either in the UK or elsewhere in the world receive a range of support from our team based in the UK both before they go and once they are out in the field. In light of this, all workers and partner organisations agree to raise an additional 15% which is retained by One Collective UK and used as general unrestricted funds by the charity as they require. Generally these funds will be used to cover central costs of the charity, however the charity reserves the right to use these for any purposes in advancing its core mission and purposes.
