Do you have a passion and desire to work with refugees? Are you a self-starter, adaptable, and culturally sensitive? If so, we are looking for people like you! Come get involved for a summer in all the ways that refugees are being reached in this area.Possible activities include supporting a church plant, visiting refugees in their homes, teaching English to both children and adults, and assisting with a Sunday fellowship for Arabic-speaking and Dari-speaking individuals. Other ways to get involved include helping with a week-long VBS camp, a school for refugee youth, and a weekly tea house for families to gather together in community.We are looking for individuals who are flexible, willing to be involved in a wide variety of activities, and able to take initiative. Interns must be mature believers who are college students or older. Being able to speak Arabic, Farsi, or Dari is a plus. Internship length is 6-10 weeks in length.
