Summary:

To be a key leader of all One Collective projects in this community. To lead and manage initiatives alongside those in the community as well as with others working in the community with similar objectives to bring about integrated community transformation.

Duties:

Leadership

• Listen to God on behalf of your community and facilitate an initiative with community leaders (where possible) to assess the assets and needs of the community and reflect those assessments in a strategic plan. 
• Develop and oversee the execution of a strategic plan for Integrated Community Transformation (ICT) consistent with our Philosophy of Ministry.
• Develop relationships with like-minded leaders and people of peace in the community so that our strategic plan for ICT is shaped locally.
• Create local partnerships to support the ICT strategic plan so that available local and outside resources already present in the community are working together to help meet the strategic plan.

Management

• Oversee all short and long-term ministry staff to fulfil the goals of the ICT strategic plan.
• Directly supervise any staff not assigned to another supervisor, providing annual performance reviews in addition to day to day coaching.
