Working alongside our Yada team (onecollectiveuk.org/burundi), the Children and Youth Worker would be vital in developing our resources to serve the children in the Nyarumanga community. You would plan event based activities and develop the current kid's club, serving in both the local community and at the Yada base. One main focus of the Children and Youth Worker is to develop discipleship with the community in both large and small groups. Ideally, the Worker will also train some local Burundians to help them develop their skills in serving the children of the community. 

Experience of children and youth work is essential and cross-cultural experience is a bonus!
