Working in partnership with APOTHECA, our local non-profit where we seek to care for our neighbour’s mental, physical and spiritual health, the Business Assistant will:
support existing businesses to be more sustainable
help pioneer new entrepreneurial initiatives to create work, purpose and care for the oppressed
The Business Assistant will gain invaluable on-the-job training and experience working alongside small business owners, cooperating with local farmers, and collaborating with new start-ups. However, skills required for this role are:
Networking and relationship building
Administration
Excellent communication skills
Understanding of business practices
Proficient with professional standard office software
A curious spirit and resourceful problem solver
Great customer service
Well-organised and good with time management
B2 Level Spanish
