Working in partnership with APOTHECA, our local non-profit where we seek to care for our neighbour’s mental, physical and spiritual health, the Business Assistant will:

  • support existing businesses to be more sustainable
  • help pioneer new entrepreneurial initiatives to create work, purpose and care for the oppressed
  • support the overall values and vision of APOTHECA (apothecasantiago.com)

Requirements

The Business Assistant will gain invaluable on-the-job training and experience working alongside small business owners, cooperating with local farmers, and collaborating with new start-ups. However, skills required for this role are:

  • Networking and relationship building
  • Administration
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding of business practices
  • Proficient with professional standard office software
  • A curious spirit and resourceful problem solver
  • Great customer service
  • Well-organised and good with time management
  • B2 Level Spanish
