Are you a natural networker and developer? Do you love the idea of connecting, supporting and enhancing existing initiatives in multiple local communities? We are seeking a Ministry Developer who can re-establish and grow HOPE - an informal regional network of leaders of churches, non-profit organizations and/or community initiatives – for purposes of prayer & discipleship, skills building for leaders & managers, innovative resource mobilization strategies, and connection with opportunities with our citywide recycling enterprise and/or Entrepreneurial Training Program. This person will build relationally with leaders across multiple local communities, offer support tailored toward their respective areas of priority need, coordinate network gatherings, and gauge opportunities for network resource mobilization. Desired qualifications – strong relational skills, leadership networking and coaching/mentoring skills, previous experience with development and resource mobilization in impoverished settings. Minimum 2-year commitment.
