In this role you would become a student of the local community as well as others nearby, identify marginalized groups and work together to address their issues. You may be right for this role if you have a strong sense of justice, compassion and humility along with courage to reach out to the not-yet-reached. Motivation to learn the Bulgarian language and a strong sense of initiative will be important in this pioneering ministry.
