We are looking for a medium/long-term organizational administrator to assist our citywide recycling enterprise – which serves to transform the environment, offer youth employment & skills development opportunities, and bring together multi-sectoral stakeholders around economic, social & environmental transformation. Opportunities will include assessment & streamlining of administrative systems related to collection service & grass/garden clientele as well as corporate partners for environmental clean-up programs; monitoring & evaluation of programs; researching opportunities for enhancing sources of recyclables collection & sales; coordination with emerging youth leadership program; and potentially staff mentorship toward personal/professional development. Helpful skills include organizational administration, systems design & integration, program monitoring & evaluation, coaching/mentorship, business networking. Minimum 1-year commitment, 2 years desirable.
